Our client, a well established family business within the food sector has seen rapid growth and is looking to add another member to the payroll team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate would be looking to work 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Prepare payroll sheets
• Process and reset payroll
• Labour Analysis report
• Labour Journal
• Finalise and submission
• Upload payslips
• Process leavers and issue P45s
• Answer queries
• Add new starters
• Generate net pay report to issue to the Management Accountant
• Attachment of earnings and Unison payments
• Other Adhoc tasks when required
Skills & Qualities
• Positive enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
• Able to work autonomously and flexibly
• Good organisation skills
• Good Excel and all-round IT skills
• High level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Experience in payroll processing
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Sage 50 Payroll
