Salary Circa £32k dependent upon experience, plus attractive benefits package

The Role
Eurotunnel is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Materials and Logistics Department. Working at our terminal in Folkestone, you will be part of a team employed to ensure the provision of spare parts for the maintenance department. You will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of suppliers to maintain the availability of stock and working to control and minimise costs within the supply chain.
The Person
You will have previous experience of working in an inventory, procurement, or logistical role. A qualification held in inventory management, procurement or logistics would be an advantage and experience of SAP and purchasing or stock management systems is desirable. You will be working as part of a bi-national team; therefore, a good understanding of the French language would be an advantage, with an emphasis on reading skills for reviewing documentation written in French.
You will possess excellent problem-solving, organisational, and planning skills with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to achieve goals and maintain a high level of productivity. You will need to demonstrate your strong communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and display the ability to use initiative and work autonomously, as well as within a team.
