We are working with a leading company that manufactures its own brand products and installs them across the UK and Europe.

They are looking for an organised Trainee Production Operative who is a practical person with a positive team attitude to be based in their team in Sevenoaks and Marden. The Trainee Production Operative role is varied and would suit someone who is flexible in their approach to tasks and willing to learn. Experience in practical roles or a practical mindset is key to the role.

The Trainee Production Operative position encompasses a varied range of responsibilities in both Sevenoaks and Marden. The right candidate will take pride in their work, are practical, and enjoy being part of a wider team with a common goal.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Being part of the production team on a range of different projects
- processing samples (cutting, sanding, labelling, and packaging)
- Machine and equipment maintenance
- general workshop duties to ensure a clean and organised environment

As you will be required to work in both Marden and Sevenoaks you do need to drive!
