Management Accountant | Mid-Kent/Hybrid| £35k
Our client who is working within the construction type industry is looking to recruit an Accountant to join their busy team in the Mid-Kent area. This role offers Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will work a 37.5 hour week.
The purpose of this role is to support the finance function with the following:-
• Accruals & prepayments
• P&L account preparation
• Balance sheet reconciliations and resulting investigations
• VAT
• Debt collection / Credit Control
You will be required to have
• You will be a minimum AAT qualified, studying towards an accounting qualification or QBE
• Experience working within an all-round accounts role which includes credit control and Profit & Loss accounting
• Good Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, sumif statements.
• Similar experience with a construction, distribution, logistics type organisation
• Good organisational skills with the ability to meet fixed deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards.
• The ability to deal with demanding and complex requests.
