Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Maidstone

Salary: Up to £28k

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm

The role:



This role is to provide an internal sales function to the offices which maximises enquiry conversions, achieve sales budgets and up-sale through proactive targeted calls.



As the Internal Sales Executive your key responsibilities would be:



· Taking inbound calls from customers regarding sales and quotations

· Pro-actively calling customers to gain new business

· Actively seeking sales opportunities by up-selling or cross-selling through targeted calls.

· Converting email enquiries into orders

· Following the guidelines of all pricing policies.



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

* Ideally one year customer service experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, Microsoft Office.
* Full driving licence based on location.
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
* Experience in sales.
