Are you looking to start a career within an Office/Admin environment?

Are you IT literate with good knowledge or MS Word and Excel?

Do you have good Data Entry skills?

Do you have your own transport and able to get to the village of Aylesham?



We are working with an established business who are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team.

Duties will include:

* Answering the phone and fielding calls to the necessary departments

* Dealing with email enquiries

* Taking bookings

* Inputting sales and rental quotes on the system

* General admin support



This role would suit someone who:

* Has great customer services

* Is a strong communicator who is able to build client relationships

* Is self motivated

* Has good attention to detail and is methodical



Hours are Monday to Friday. 0800 - 1800 Monday - Friday



This is a temporary position initially but with great prospects for a permanent contract and personal growth within the business based in Aylesham.
