My client is looking to recruit a HR Manager for this very hands on role integrating with Management Teams and Team Leaders to provide daily a comprehensive HR Solution.
Reporting to the Finance Director part of your role will be required to advise Directors, Managers and Team Leaders on disciplinary, grievance and appeal processes. You will be the main point of contact to deal with all employee queries on employment issues and will have excellent time management and organisational skills.
You will be required to carry out the following as well as any other reasonable requests;
- Implementing Policies and Procedures
- Recruitment and On-boarding
- Learning and Development
- Coaching and Collaboration
- Continuous Improvement
- Payroll
- Overseeing the IT Department
Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 5
- Professional approach and demonstrable experience of working as a successful HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation including right to work
- Experience in coaching and performance management
- Knowledge of disciplinary, grievance and appeals procedure
