We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a global business that specialises in the health industry. You will be part of a fantastic team, supporting a global team of Managers.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be highly organised as you will be responsible for diary managing, co-ordinating and preparing of all programmes that are delivered to worldwide events.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and sending out mail shots.
* Collating information and event attendee details.
* Creating call sheets and putting together newsletters using the templates provided.
* Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including task assignments, milestones, and project dependencies.
* Gather, organise, and analyse project data and generate reports, dashboards, and status updates.
* Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations, Canva creation, communications, briefing documents and reports.
* Responsible for clear and consistent communication across all teams and with various stakeholders within the client organisation, both domestically and internationally.
* Write communications for events/deliverables.
* Maintain communications calendar.
* Support the coordination and logistics of meetings.
Competencies include:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Administrator, PA/Executive Assistant or Project Co-ordinator.
* Highly skilled at using Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Proficiency in Canva.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Willingness to work flexible working hours to accommodate global colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask under tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to travel to client offices, when necessary.
