As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant with us, we can offer you a great package that includes:
• A Recruitment Consultant, Level 3, qualification at the end of your studies.
• A generous basic salary and the opportunity to earn a commission of up to 30% (equivalent to £5,000 per month in commission alone).
• Unrivalled levels of one-to-one and ongoing training, tailored to your specific needs.
• 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off and our office is closed between Christmas and new year.
• Early finish on Fridays.
• Parking onsite.
• A long-term career with the opportunity to quickly progress into a more senior position.
As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant with Church International Ltd, your duties will be varied but will include:
• Learn the revolutionary sourcing techniques that will help you find, engage with and then place candidates with our clients (a mix of industry-disrupting tech start-ups and world-renowned industry leaders). For which you’ll be rewarded with a generous commission, on top of your basic salary.
• Contribute to the wider business by learning how to build your own client base, allowing you to create your own ‘business’ within our business.
• Work towards becoming a manager within our company and start growing your own team around you.
You will work in a professional but relaxed environment where you will be treated with respect and encouraged to work autonomously, ethically and with the best interests of our clients and candidates at all times. You’ll work as part of a well-established team who support and encourage each other.
