The Role

We are seeking a highly dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Power Supply Division as a Technician. You will be responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance of Eurotunnel’s Electrical Infrastructure. You must be motivated to train and develop your competency further to work on the High Voltage network and will be part of a team of Technicians employed in servicing and preparation of Low voltage and High Voltage electrical network equipment. Due to the nature of this role, you must be prepared to work on a shift pattern and participate in an on-call rota. Premiums are paid for shift work and on-call.


The Person

An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Instillations with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential and professional experience in industrial electrical maintenance systems is an advantage.

This position will interest you if you are passionate about supporting a committed and highly skilled team to achieve continuous safety and engineering performance improvements. You must be able to demonstrate your strong communication skills to establish positive and proactive relationships with Power Supply members, Infrastructure Team members and Contractors. You will need to act with confidence and demonstrate your ability to utilise time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity and service and show a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and develop the skills required to fulfil the role in its entirety.
