Finance Assistant
Your new company
Our client, are a construction company who develop and maintain homes across Kent.
Your new role
work within the strategic direction set by the Head of Finance for the day-to-day financial management.
* Processing and paying invoices
* Preparing and distributing checks to employees and vendors
* Processing bank transfer requests
* Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns and National Insurance contributions
* Checking and updating ledger balances
* Scanning, filing and logging account documents
* Updating computerised accounting systems
What you'll need to succeed
* AAT qualification preferred
* Experience within the construction industry
* Good communication skills
