Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, this is an office based role, where, following training, you will be responsible for the delivery of service to clients, using a range of means such as advertising, social media marketing, networking and email, to identify, speak to and meet candidates for their roles. You will work with high-performance senior team members on a variety of duties day to day, working to goals and deadlines to earn financial incentives.
As you develop there will be chance to learn all areas of recruitment
Salary for the role is £22-25,000 (based from background and skillset) + uncapped bonus/commissions package.
Working Monday-Friday 8,30-5 this is a role joining a fun and sociable team atmosphere
Full training is provided as well as a personalised career development plan
The key skills you should have are: communication and telephone manner in order to speak to and build relationships. Excellent written communication and creativity to produce marketing content for advertising platforms and social media, time management and organisation in order to exceed the goals set of you!
Applicants must be based within reasonable to commute to Tunbridge Wells
