KHR is working with a leading service provider based in Kent who has an opening within their Human Resources delivery team for HR Consultant.

The key purpose of the HR Consultant will be to work collaboratively with a portfolio of clients across Kent to support and advise them on all employee relations.

As HR Consultant you will a motivated and innovative individual who has proven practical employee relations experience focused on providing resolutions, by taking full responsibility for handling a range of employment issues (disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy), for clients across the Kent area.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone who meets the following criteria:

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a similar HR advisory role
- Solid Employee Relations experience
- Proven HR generalist experience - strategic and operational
- Demonstrable HR project experience
- Ability to work within diverse and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrates a good track record of translating business objectives into HR solutions
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of relevant HR legislation and best practice
- Full UK Driving Licence is required as the HR Consultant will travel to clients across Kent


This is a hybrid position, working from home, with the Head Office based in Kings Hill which will act as a base for ad-hoc and scheduled meetings. Currently, the team attends circa 3-6 meetings per week with clients based across North and Mid Kent. Most meetings are conducted virtually if possible.

Due to the field-based element of the role you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle.
