Test Support Administrator
Medway

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s global leading team as a Test Support Administrator where you will play a crucial role in supporting the testing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our testing facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for automotive innovation to contribute to the development of cutting-edge transmission systems.

Duties include:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the testing team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing calendars, and maintaining project documentation.
• Coordinate and track test requests, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of testing equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers and technicians, to ensure efficient coordination and execution of test plans.
• Prepare and distribute reports and presentations related to testing activities and results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test data, including test parameters, test setups, and test results.
• Support the development and improvement of testing procedures, protocols, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe testing environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Educated in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an automotive or engineering environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of automotive testing procedures and equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with transmission systems and related technologies is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
