Our client based in Ashford is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis, initially for 1 month but with potential to extend.
Key Duties:
- Updating internal system and job packs
- Invoice processing
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing payments by phone
- Administration for finance team
The role will be working as part of a small team to assist throughout a busy period, the role may also extend for the right person.
The position is fully office based and the hours are 9am – 5pm.
