The position is based in Dartford and will oversee the entire transactional and treasury function.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise a team of transactional professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transactional department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general accounting functions.
-Cash flow reporting
-Process new customers and suppliers
-Carry our ledger reviews of the credit control function and provide reports
-Meeting strict invoicing deadlines
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transactional issues and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team members` skills and knowledge.
-Handle escalated customer inquiries or concerns related to transactions, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Experience required:
-Proven experience in a transactional role and a supervisory or managerial capacity.
-Strong knowledge of transactional processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general accounting functions.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
-Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
