PLC Controls Engineer

£50k - £53k DOE
Are you an Engineer looking for a new role?
Are you HNC qualified in Engineering or have an Engineering degree?
This could be the job for you!
This is a great opportunity for a PLC Controls Engineer to join our client’s global manufacturing team based in Sittingbourne.
Duties include:
• Being responsible for all process automation including interfaces such as PLC and HMI.
• Diagnose tolerance issues and process faults.
• Assist in the development of process solutions.
• Offer technical advice and assistance on engineering projects.
• Suggest ideas through research for any enhancement processes.
• Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
• A Lean-Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
• An engineering qualification to degree level or HNC.
• Have an 18th edition qualification.
• Previously worked with Siemens S7 or S5 and have a strong understanding.
• Previous experience and knowledge of machine interfaces and automation.
• High levels of MS Office and IT skills and knowledge.
