1st Line IT Support
Location: Rochester
Salary: £22,000 - £23,500 with £1000 performance related bonus each year. (This company offers excellent salary progression)
A highly established organisation is looking to add a member to their IT Helpdesk team, to assist users with any 1st and 2nd line queries; this will consist of remote support and desk side support.
Duties will include:
* Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desk top issues
* Setting up new users hardware and applications
* Device administration of telephones and mobile devices
* Microsoft Office maintenance including creation, deletion and password resets
* Microsoft SharePoint administration
* Infrastructure support including RF equipment, printers and workstations
* Information Collation - serial numbers / kit inventory
