I am working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their busy team and manage the payroll service from start to finish. This is an area of growth for my clients and as they continue to take on new clients they require a talented and experienced Payroll Manager to manage a portfolio of clients.

Working alongside the wider Bookkeeping and Accounts team, you will provide end to end payroll services to your clients and will be the main point of contact for all payroll related queries.

To be considered you will have gained hands on payroll experience, running weekly and monthly payrolls with little supervision. Ideally, you will have worked in an Accountancy Practice but candidates with experience of bureau payrolls will also be considered.  You will have strong knowledge of all areas of payroll and will be able to deal with queries in areas such as company benefits, pensions, travel expenses, holiday etc.

What is vital is that you can demonstrate excellent organisational skills as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work in a client facing role.
