Sales Executive

With full training provided, this is a role that suits anyone excited by an opportunity to move into sales – not just focused on cold calling!
Day to day, your role will be to manage end-to-end sales processes, from enquiry to sale completion. You will be involved with speaking to and meeting customers, including at industry events, putting together bespoke quotes or estimates, organising technical drawings and site visitations, negotiating and processing orders, and delivering after sales care.
This is a customer-focussed role that allows optimal opportunity to use your communication and relationship-building skills to convert enquiries, referrals and recommendations into customer orders.
You will have uncapped earning opportunity, with an OTE of £35-40,000 in year 1, rising in year 2, 3 and so on
Great scope for career development, up to Director level
Chance to travel in the role (not obligatory)

Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial, although not essential! Applicants must be able to access offices in Tunbridge Wells on a Monday-Friday basis.
