Insurance Administrator £25k
HOT new opportunity! Could be based in Tunbridge Wells, hybrid or remote!

Expanding their teams to meet growing client demand, this is a busy and varied role – not just repetitive process-led administration
Day to day, you will work as part of a team to complete all administration related to insurance processes. It is an ‘involved’ role that will see you communicating with suppliers, customers/policy holders, as well as internal teams, booking and managing appointments, producing and proofing documentation, creating quotes, distributing new enquiries to different teams, referring specialist enquiries, and much much more

The role is busy and suits someone with a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer experience and seeing tasks to completion accurately and efficiently.

Working alongside a team you will be involved throughout the process – covering telephone, email and online work, as well as administrative processing, problem solving, document creation and proofing.

You will need high levels of organisation and attention to detail, as well as good communication and team working

Salary ~£25k

Flexible to be based in offices near to Tunbridge Wells, hybrid working (flex) or fully working from home (remote)

Insurance experience is not essential, any administration experience can be considered!
