I am supporting a well-established reputable Tunbridge Wells based Firm of Accounts who is looking to appoint a Portfolio Manager - Practice Accountant. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team where you will manage a portfolio for approximately 100-150 clients, from various sectors and varying in size. You will work alongside other managers working to support your clients, providing them with accounting and advisory services and taxation advise.

The Firm specialise in advisory/planning and consultancy solutions and services and have a strong established Partnership, several of whom are Top 4 trained. They have a professional and consultative approach, and they are looking for a qualified accountant with experience to join their team.

You will work with the Partners and Managers and manage a key portfolio and you will support the clients with advisory and planning advice base in areas of accountancy, corporation, and personal taxation matters. There is a key element of consultancy to this role, and you will be heavily involved in the liaising and meeting clients, developing relationships, and promoting services. You will be a key point of contact to the clients, working closely with them, remotely and in person, You will support and develop the junior members of the team and allocate and review their workload. You be required to cross sell relevant services to new and existing clients, manage budgets and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a medium size practice based in the West Kent area with a strong established local client base.
