Process Technician

£40,000 – £43,500 DOE
Are you an Engineer looking for a new role?
Do you have an electrical qualification with a Mechanical background?
This could be the job for you!
This is a great opportunity for a Process Technician to join our client’s global manufacturing team based in Sittingbourne.
Duties include:
• Enhancing PLC and HMI interfaces so they work at the optimal level.
• Consistently increase own knowledge and understanding of process automation.
• Diagnose tolerance issues and process faults.
• Assist in the development of process solutions.
• Support and cover other colleagues where required.
• Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
• An Electrical qualification (C&G, HND, or HNC)
• Previously worked with Siemens S7 or S5 and have a strong understanding.
• A solid background in Mechanical positions or highly educated in Mechanics.
• Diagnostics and fault finding skills.
• Automation, including robotics.
