A professional organisation based in Dover. You will work within the Accounts Team. The Accounts Assistant role is purely office based.
Your new role
You will be expected to deal with purchase invoices, expense forms, reconciling of direct debit maintenance and credit cards, deal with daily transactions for the petty cash, prepare payments (BACs, cheques, etc.), reconciliation of fee ledger and month/year end actions and ad-hoc reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within a similar role. You will have good IT skills including Excel and Sage. You will have well-developed communication skills including both verbal and written.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive rate of up to £25,000 (full time equivalent).
