This is a great opportunity for a CNC Programmer with experience using Radan to work in collaboration with the management team of a market leading business, where you will be rewarded for contributing to continuous improvement with excellent benefits, and the opportunity to progress and carve out a career for yourself.
A day in the life of a CNC Programmer here include:
Programming CNC machines from step files using Radan software
Offering suggestions for improvements to processes
Supporting the production process through your Engineering knowledge
Working with Trumf and Punch machines
Looking at ways to decrease cost / downtime and increase efficiencies
Monitoring operations through carrying out effective Manufacturing Time Studies
Extensively carrying out root cause analysis in order to provide solutions
Extensive and thorough involvement with health and safety processes
To bag the job with this forward thinking business you will:
Already be a CNC Programmer, educated to degree level within an Engineering related discipline
Have significant experience in Quality/Process Engineering within Manufacturing and Production
Know how to program using Radan
Be a Trumf and Punch machine pro!
Have a passion for solving problems and identifying areas for improvement in a manufacturing environment
Be process driven with a track record demonstrating your process knowledge
Identify any areas that need improvement, including any health and safety issues, and aid in the implementation
Be a driver with own transport due to location
