Our housing association client in Lewisham is recruiting a HR Business Partner for the duration of 9 months.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Line management of the HR Officer
* To be responsible for providing a professional and comprehensive HR service
* To provide customer focused HR and ER services to managers throughout the complete employee lifecycle
* Provide HR advice to managers
* Deliver culture change project
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must be CIPD level 5 qualified with proven experience as a HR Business Partner. You must have experience of high volume ER including managing and advising managers at all stages of the processes. You must also be immediately available to start as soon as possible.
