£22,000 - £23,000 Salary, £2,000 - £3,000 a year Bonus



Our client a specialist in high value consumer goods is seeking a Customer Service Representative (not phones - online chat and email).

Our client prides itself on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service experiences through our dedicated team of professionals. This is not a contact centre role!



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled European Language Customer Service Representative to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through email correspondence and online Chat.



Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.



Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
