A new instruction for a Supply Planning Administration Assistant with a global manufacturing client in the area that offers attractive hybrid working.
The role is placed within the Planning Team and reports to the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager.
The role is considered ideal for someone with some previous Planning experience, ie. Supply Planning for example and ideally someone with experience of using SAP.
Package Highlights:
Fixed term contract role until 31st October 2023.
Excellent salary/rate of pay available, depending on experience
Hybrid working available, ie. 50% working from home and 50% in the office
Full time hours preferred Monday to Friday, although the client can consider someone part time basis if preferred, but a minimum, of 3 days pr week.
Up to 9% matched pension contribution scheme including salary exchange option
Health Cash Plan with Healthshield
Life Assurance cover at 4 x base salary
24 days holiday per annum (can buy/sell 3 days per year) plus 8 bank holidays
Based in Folkestone
Monday to Thursday 9am – 45pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Education and Previous work Experience
Higher level general background education
Good knowledge of SAP
Experience of managing suppliers for purchasing order confirmation and late POs
Highly numerate
Excellent communication skills written and spoken English.
Experience in a commercial or supply planning role
Excellent organisation skills & proven attention to detail
High level of computer literacy – spreadsheets, databases, presentations
