Service Advisor – Jaguar / Land Rover Canterbury

Barretts Jaguar Land Rover have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our expanding Aftersales Department in Canterbury Kent.

You will be representing two of the motor industries most iconic brands at an exciting time as they lead the way in luxury and innovation.

The successful applicant will be able to extend an exceptional level of customer service and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience. You must have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in the role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
• A Full UK Driving Licence would be preferred but this is not essential.
You would be required to work a 42.5 hour week. Working hours would be 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break & a ¼ pro rata on a Saturday, 8am -1pm.
