Location: Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells Districts
Contract Details: Full-time - 37 hours per week. Part-time hours may be considered.
Fixed term contract until 31.03.2024
Mainly evenings with some weekend work.

Salus is a social enterprise established to deliver services to children and young people.

We are currently seeking a full and part-time Youth Worker to work alongside the Senior Youth Worker in the Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells Districts, to implement a range of centre and outreach-based youth services in the district. The role will involve working directly with young people and supporting the Senior worker in day-to-day administration and running of sessions and projects, to offer a service of support with an aim to improve young people’s emotional health and well-being.

We are looking for a talented individual, with experience in working directly with young people in creative and innovative ways to achieve the best possible outcomes. This post will require energy and enthusiasm to ensure the success of this highly valued service.
