Busy and varied daily duties offering opportunity to lead a small team and work with an award-winning product set supplied throughout the UK and internationally.


Having achieved outstanding success through the past 12 months, the business are now ready to hire a new team member who will oversee the delivery of successful service operationally to clients at leadership-level post-sale

Day to day, the role focuses on:
- Service delivery oversight – motivating and managing a team, setting and working within SLAs

- Providing an escalation point for clients- managing relationships, resolving logistical queries or amending contracts, implementing bespoke service solutions.

- Supplier liaison and interaction with different departments internally to meet client objectives

- Client meetings, supplier reviews, management reports

- Recruitment and selection + training and development within a team



Salary with experience £30-40,000

+ Super Office Environment near to Tunbridge Wells with free parking

+ Holiday + Pension
