Salary-£23500 +5% bonus

This is the perfect opportunity for a confidential individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality is desirable.



Key responsibilities include:

Working in our clients customer service team taking inbound and outbound calls to their customers.
Speaking with customers to find the best solution.
Updating customer databases to ensure accurate records are kept.
Providing excellent service to customers
