IC Service & Maintenance are a Fire & Security company, offering systems from design stage all the way through to maintenance.
Due to our increase in turnover and work we’re now looking for an Office Junior Administrator to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• General office administration responsibilities
• Answering the phone and directing them to the correct department
• Booking jobs for engineers/completing engineers diaries
• Creating & updating process documents
• Assist with purchase orders and invoicing.
About You
To join us as an Office Administrator you will need:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good IT skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to innovate and work to deadlines
• The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task
• Confident dealing with all levels of staff throughout the business
• Not essential, but knowledge of Sage would be good.
