The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Refuse Loader's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Tonbridge, Kent area.
As a Refuse Loader, you will be responsible for:
Loading dustcarts
Unloading dustcarts
Assisting the driver with routes
Operating machinery to load and unload bins from a vehicle
Updating in-house systems with route completions
Candidates will need to be comfortable working outside in all weathers as well as having a good level of physical fitness.
You will be required to work at a steady pace in order to keep up with other crewmates on the job.
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday.
Your shift will start at 06:30 each day. Finish times will vary dependent on workload but normally around 3pm
In return, you will receive:
£9.50 per hour
Weekly pay
28 days holiday per annum
Full PPE & training
Permanent position following a successful trial period
