Are you immediately available and looking for a new opportunity in 2023? We are currently supporting a non-profit organisation in Mid Kent to find an HR Officer to join them on a long term contract due to a secondment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on all recruitment activities and coaching Hiring Managers
- Supporting with ER issues and escalating where appropriate
- Overseeing DBS procedures and providing key analytics
- Delivering upskilling sessions and contributing to induction programmes
- Maintaining HR systems
This is a varied position that will give any candidates strong generalist exposure. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process. Knowledge of Cascade is advantageous as is ATS experience.
