Service Desk Analyst
I am working with a large company who are looking for someone to come and join the IT Team supporting company wide systems. There could be some travel required between sites so you will need a UK driving license.
The role will be to deliver IT support across the business covering Windows operating systems as well as some networking. You will need to be happy dealing with general support, troubleshooting, builds, installs and anything IT related.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working within a support capacity
* Technical knowledge of Office365, Active Directory and windows Server
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity as well as some MAC OS
* Experience setting up end users hardware - laptops, desktops, mobiles etc
* Knowledge of rebuilds and repairs, rollouts and upgrades as well as general BAU support
