Your new role
As a Systems Specialist, you'll play a key role in optimising terminal operations and supporting critical business systems. Working closely with operational teams and IT specialists, you will:

* Gather user requirements and translate them into system specifications.
* Configure and implement applications for container terminal equipment.
* Provide daily operational support for Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), including proactive maintenance.
* Deliver training to system users across the business.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance trends and implement improvements.
* Act as 1st and 2nd line support for TOS-related issues.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organisation.



What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with:

* Experience in Port Operations, Logistics, or Distribution.
* Familiarity with terminal operating systems such as Zodiac or Navis (desirable).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert operational requirements into clear processes.
* Experience in Business Process Modelling and project coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Practical experience managing complex system projects, including go-lives and frontline support.
