School Leaver Trainee role in Accountancy
I am supporting a large established firm of accountants based in Maidstone who are looking to appoint a trainee school leaver looking to develop a career in accountancy. They require a solid academic history with a minimum of level 6 in GCSE Maths & English and 3 B`s at A Level.
They will support your studies and will trainee you initially in AAT and then your ACA studies if you are keen to further develop. They offer exposure to audit, accounts, and taxation, and you will be able to get a broad range of experience both on the job and through your studies. You will work across the teams and the role will be defined to suit your skill set and fit. You will have support and training enabling you to develop your skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services and will work within teams to provide support and guidance to their client base.
They are offering a trainee salary, salary increases on passing exams and they are flexible so can tailor your study package depending on how you like to study.
The firm has a varied client base and a friendly approach and ethos., It is a great opportunity for a school leaver with the right cultural fit to join an established firm with the opportunity to develop their career in accountancy.
