Requirements for the role;

* Previous experience working with children in some capacity
* Passion for supporting young pupils
* Strong behaviour management
* Approachable and understanding attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to the role
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to acquire)
