Pearson Whiffin Education on looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Year 2 Teach to join this 1 form entry primary school in Dover.

The ideal candidate with be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons for key stage 1 students of varying ability levels. They will demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude and be able to build lasting relationships with members of the school community.

The school offers a caring work environment with a supportive Senior Leadership Team and excellent career progression opportunities. What the school lacks in size, it makes up for with its charismatic and motivated pupils. This role is suitable for an NQT or an experienced Teacher.

Successful candidates will need;

* UK Teaching qualified; NQT/QTS/QTLS
* Previous experience teaching KS1 classes
* Proven record of motivating and challenging pupils to achieve their potential using engaging activities
* Enthusiastic with a great work ethic
* Working with members of support staff and resources to assist, stretch and extend learning.
* Good classroom management skills
