Project Co-ordinator

Mid Kent

£25- £30k DOE

7:30AM - 4:30PM Mon - Fri



An enticing opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator has opened for an organised & attention to detail seeking individual looking to join a thriving business in mid Kent.

The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience from a team within a design and build company and be an experienced and career focused candidate with good common sense and the ability to assimilate technical information with ease.

Duties include:

* Provide administrative support to the project team
* Maintain client documents
* All administration associated with projects assigned
* Document and file management including any corrections where necessary
* Scheduling engineers
* Managing sub-contractor administration including raising purchase orders and ensuring all compliance documentation is on file
* Monitoring Engineer performance including time management
* Supporting with the creation and implementation of risk assessments, and method statements
* Ensuring that sub-contractor RAMS are in the correct format
* Attention to detail
* Maintain and build relationships with clients
* Be the point of contact for clients and sub-contractors
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to use formulas, V-Look Up and create charts and reports
* Strong document control experience
* Supporting with the production of CPPs for future projects
* Collating O&M manuals following project completion



To be considered for this role you will have/be:

* Strong, solid administrative experience within the construction sector
* Experienced in document control
* Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
* Previous experience creating RAMS and O&M manuals would be a distinct advantage
* A holder of the PRINCE2 qualification or be keen to study for this
* Able to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills
* Skilled in effective relationship building
* Ambitious with looking to progress within the company
* The ability to work fast under pressure
* Tech savvy
