Pearson Whiffin Education are working on behalf of a Secondary school in the Medway area to find an experienced teacher of English who can start immediately on a full-time basis. The successful teacher will need to have experience in teaching English.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding, student-centred classroom practitioner possessing a depth of subject knowledge and able to inspire and enthuse our wonderful, intelligent students. You will have considerable leadership skills and will be fully acquainted with the demands and requirements of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.

In order to apply for this role, the following criteria must be met:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is essential
* Strong subject knowledge of English
* Able to interview for a September 2022 start
* Strong department management skills
* Able to provide reference details to cover the past two years working in a similar role
