We have an exciting FTC position up until April 2023 for a HRBP to join this well-established charity to act as a stratgic Partner to support them in achieving their business aims, deveoping people strategies and work plans.
The role offers hybrid working, 2 days in office (one being on a Wednesday) and the rest from home.
You will be dealing with things such as redundancies, restructures and TUPEs. They are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
Essential:
- Experience working in a role with a focus on acheiving strategic objectives
- Able to communicate and work with people at all levels, delivering organisational change and strategies
- Experience managing complex employee relations and change management processes
- Fully qualified to Level 7 or significant equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of employment law
