We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly HR Officer to join a small Regional Team in this newly created role based in Redhill, Surrey
The HR Officer will support the Regional HR Manager in delivering employment experience for all their team members. You will gain exposure to a wide range of HR related activities including employee relations, employee engagement and training delivery. You will have full support from the Regional HR Manager in your career growth and development.
About you:
- Experience working in an HR generalist role, ideally gained within a hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong administrative skills with a good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You will find it easy to build rapport with others and will understand the importance of treating everyone as an individual.
