Our client, a well-established Facilities Services company are looking for HR Advisors to join the expansion of their team in London. The client offers exceptional services delivered by passionate people!
You will be supporting the HR Business Partner on change projects which includes restructures, TUPE, and redundancy. You will also be expected to lead ER/Performance cases with Managers so experience managing high volumes of casework is needed.
About you:
- Knowledge and/or experience of employment legislation in particular TUPE regulations
- Ability to establish credibility and be able to influence at Operational level
- Excellent networking skills and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of managing Industrial Relations situations with union officials
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Self-belief in the value of HR and their personal ability to make a difference
- Have independence and the ability to challenge constructively and positively
- Evidence of working successfully with central functions and cross divisional HR teams
