Financial Intelligence Administrator
West Malling
£22,440 (Pro Rata)
Fixed Term - 6 Month Contract
Working hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
My client is looking for an organised administrator with a strong eye for detail to join their ever growing, busy team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for helping others and the ability to work in a team. This role will be on a 6 month fixed term contact, with the potential of a permanent contract.
Duties include:
* Reviewing documents received from customers and following up and missing documentation
* Identifying and reporting any anomalies or unusual activity
* Carrying out appropriate searches on customers to identify potential risks
* Opening or closing any accounts any accounts that do not comply with the company policy
* Speaking with customers; dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
* Assisting with any other duties as required
The successful candidate will have / be:
* A strong attention to detail
* Confident IT skills with a good understanding of using MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* A strong understanding of customer confidentiality
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A methodical mindset
* The ability to use their own initiative, as well as being able to work in a friendly team
* Ideally educated to GCSE Level or equivalent, with good grades in Maths and English
* Knowledge of banking or Anti Money Laundering would be a significant advantage, although full training will be provided to the successful candidate
