Administrator - Helpdesk
Maidstone - good commute by P/transport
£19k - £20k
Mon- Fri - 8.30- 5pm - 1 hour for lunch
Work from home on Wednesdays
A fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator has opened for a self-motivated and methodical individual looking to join a well-established company!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy administration role with strong customer services skills or indeed a helpdesk environment!

Duties include:
* Schedule and log support tickets from various inbound sources to support the Team of Engineers
* Liaising with customers on data requirements
* Managing the ticket queue and updating and reporting to the line managers
* Manage incoming email and telephone customer enquiries
* Making appointments, diarising scheduled tickets
* Logging hardware and software serial numbers and information
* Providing teams with correct and relevant information to complete their jobs
* Liaising with new and existing customers to organise any work and update them on any changes to the work
* Various other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/ be:
* Previous experience of working in a busy administration and customer services role, they will train on the Helpdesk side If required
* Computer literate and MS Office confident
* Strong relationship skills with customers over the phone
* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise a demanding workload
* Strong communication skills
