Finance Business Partner | East Kent – Hybrid | Up to £65k
Great opportunity for a commercially astute, forward thinking Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly expanding, International Manufacturing business, collaborating with the Senior leadership Team. As part of a wider group, this is the number one finance role in a smaller division and there is great opportunity to develop your career as the business achieves continued growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Sales revenue and profit margin analysis
• Pricing variance analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of the quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan and long-range plan
• Delivering insightful financial analysis providing recommendations and decision support
• Supporting business partnering activities such as strategy and pricing initiatives
• Taking part in weekly sales performance review meetings
• Assisting in the annual sales targets setting process with Country and Regional Business Managers
• Supporting the general month-end analysis, particularly other areas of expenses not directly sales department related
About you:
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
• Experience working across multiple business functions and, in particular, sales and marketing teams
• Strong excel skills
