Customer Service Advisor

KHR is working with a market-leading company based in the Gravesend area. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to manage customer enquiries, process sales orders and provide information about products and services.

Responsibilities will include:

*Process sales orders via email or phone or online as requested
*Manage customer installation requests (i.e. taking the order, booking an installations engineer, etc.)
*Proactive account management with Key Sales Customers
*Maintain data accuracy on orders and invoices
*Process product returns, customer credits, and refunds
*Maintain and update customer records
*Cascade important customer information to the relevant internal departments
*Support the Business Development team at the relevant external Shows / Events from time to time

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

*Good communication skills (verbal and written)
*Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
*Works well under pressure
*Team player with an inclusive approach
*Ability to learn and retain new product information
*At least a year's experience is preferred in telesales or face-to-face sales

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
