3rd Line Support Engineer

My client is currently seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer at their central operations centre just outside of Maidstone, offering a starting salary of £30,000 - £37,500, this role comes with great room for progression, growth and development! What to expect:
• Configuration and installation of hardware and software within offices and datacentres
• Management of internal and hosted software platforms
• Raise issues to other engineers in needed
• Learn new skills and improve on current knowledge

You will need to have great time management skills as well as being able to work well in a team and independently. This is a complex role and does have some additional requirements:

• Previous experience working in an IT support role.
• Have a good understanding of various operating systems as well as networking components such as TCP/IP, DNS and VLAN.
• Previous experience in hardware/software deployment projects
